Why is ICRP needed?

Indigenous cultures carry an unbroken lineage of traditions, languages, and wisdom, deeply connected to nature and spirituality. Yet, as modern life accelerates, these traditions are fading. While change is inevitable, true progress happens when growth is rooted in tradition—just as a tree flourishes when its roots are strong.

Modern life aims to destroy the individual and make them just a cog in the wheel.  It is an easy way to manage large populations so they can be manipulated and put to use towards a certain outcome. In the process, aesthetics, music, dance, art etc vanishes. We are heading towards a world which is utilitarian, clinical and money-driven.

Our Mission:

  • Document the rich, diverse traditions of Indigenous peoples.

  • Publicize their stories, wisdom, and cultural heritage

  • Protect Indigenous knowledge for sustainable living and ecological balance.

Indigenous traditions are not relics of the past—they are a living, breathing testament to human creativity, resilience, and connection to the land.
